Association of Food Industries
Since 1906, The Association of Food Industries has supported its member companies and the food import industry as a whole. AFI’s primary goals are: to ensure compliance with the laws and regulations of the United States; to promote fair trade practices; and to create and implement programs that facilitate smooth business operations.
Bi-State Motor Carriers
The Association of Bi-State Motor Carriers currently represents over 80% of port and container traffic at Port Newark, with 200 member firms from trucking and trucking-industry-related companies doing business there. The Association is dedicated to serving the interests of its members in Intermodal Transportation, especially at the Port of New York-New Jersey, with members located throughout the U.S. and Canada.
Ceramic Tile Distributors Association
The Ceramic Tile Distributors Association (CTDA) is an international association of distributors, manufacturers, and allied professionals of ceramic tile and related products. CTDA connects, educates, and strengthens independent tile and stone distributors.
Georgia Motor Trucking Association
The Georgia Motor Trucking Association is the only organization in the state that provides full-time service and representation for the trucking industry. The Association serves as the “voice” of the trucking industry in Georgia, representing for-hire carriers, private carriers, and affiliate members.
Harbor Trucking Association is a coalition of Los Angeles, Long Beach, Oakland, Seattle, and Tacoma intermodal carriers moving America’s cargo. HTA’s purpose is to advocate, educate, and promote strategies with other goods movement stakeholders and policy makers that will sustain emission reductions, provide a dialog for intermodal truck efficiency, and to return cargo and jobs to America’s west coat ports.
Texas Trucking Association
Since 1932, Texas Trucking Association (TXTA) has served as the unified voice for the trucking industry in Texas. TXTA is dedicated to advocating sound public policies, providing excellence in education, research, training and information, as well as promoting a safe, dependable and efficient motor transportation system.
Natural Stone Institute
The Natural Stone Institute is a trade association representing every aspect of the natural stone industry. The current membership exceeds 2,000 members in over 50 countries. The association offers a wide array of technical and training resources, professional development opportunities, regulatory advocacy, and networking events.
National Customs Brokers & Forwarders Association of America, Inc.
Headquartered in the Washington DC metro area, the NCBFAA represents more than 1,300 member companies with 110,000 employees in international trade – the nation’s leading freight forwarders, customs brokers, ocean transportation intermediaries (OTIs), NVOCCs, and air cargo agents, serving more than 250,000 importers and exporters. The Association’s members handle more than 97% of the entries for goods imported into the United States and are directly involved with the logistics of these goods. Further, members operating as OTIs are involved with approximately 80 to 85% of all exports from the United States.
